At RDD we pride ourselves of the quality of our creative and high-quality jersey fabrics but also of the positive impact we try to leave in the world, environmentally or socially speaking, and that starts in our workplace environment, ensuring the well-being of all of our employees.
Therefore, following the COVID-19 expansion, and fully taking into account the recommendations of the Portuguese Government, the General Directorate of Health and the World Health Organization, we inform you that we are currently ensuring that all of our production and services take the necessary precautionary measures to protect our workers, partners and clients.
| We have reduced the number of persons in our office, with a large part of our multidisciplinary team now working from home, and all presential meetings with customers or suppliers have been cancelled, postponed or done remotely, thus diminishing the probability of contamination but ensuring business continuity.
| More than ever, we are readily available via mobile phone, email and Skype to ensure customers’ needs without compromising our service.
| Deliveries and responses to orders keep being processed, as long as the safety rules established by our company are complied with.
