State-of-the-Art
Sustainable Fibres
The durability and consciousness of the raw materials we use are of great importance to us.
To guarantee the honest quality of our final products, we use, among other ingredients, artificial fibres and new generation biopolymers, such as TENCEL™ Lyocell, TENCEL™ Modal, LENZING™ REFIBRA™, LENZING™ ECOVERO™, Eastman Naia™ or the PLA (Polylactic Acid) by Trevira®; and also natural fibres with ecological credentials, like hemp or nettle.
Furthermore, we use organic and recycled cotton, linen and wool; as well as recycled and bio-based synthetics.
We highlight the relationship of cooperation and trust with our suppliers of fibres and yarns that allow us to create a responsible offer of premium responsible jersey fabrics.

RDD’s circular Knit unit co-works day by day with all the stakeholders to exceed our responsible client’s expectations.
Our jersey factory is committed to implementing clean energy.
At this moment 25% of the energy comes from our photo voltaic panels and we are moving towards an increase in autonomous production and use of renewable energy.
We follow the best quality management and environmental practices, in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 strategic procedures, and we also offer to the aware global brands safe and traceable jersey fabrics, standard, GOTS, OCS and GRS norms.

We are a vertical production company and we ensure the entire process, from knitting, dyeing and finishing, to quality control and sampling.
By avoiding transport between distant production units, we greatly reduce the ecological footprint of our manufactured superior jersey fabrics.

We are all inspired by colour; we are all physically and emotionally influenced by colour.
In our colour lab we create each hue of our collections interpreting the “Zeitgeist”; we rehearse each hue so that it touches our conscious consumers..
